These Terms of Use govern access to the LeonaHomes website and any account created on it. By opening the site, creating an account or sending a message through it, the visitor agrees to be bound by these terms and by the Privacy Policy.

LeonaHomes helps homeowners understand home warranty plans and arranges plans with providers that issue the contracts. LeonaHomes is not the provider of the warranty itself, does not perform repairs and does not employ the contractors who carry out service visits.

Information on this site is general in nature. The terms that apply to any plan are the ones written in the contract issued by the plan provider, and that contract takes priority over anything shown here.

An account is personal to the person who creates it. The account holder is responsible for keeping the password private and for any activity that happens under the account.

Details entered on the site must be truthful and current. LeonaHomes may suspend or close an account when the information provided is false, when the account is used for an unlawful purpose or when these terms are broken.

• Use a real name and a working email address.
• Keep the phone number on the account up to date.
• Report any suspected misuse of the account without delay.

Plan prices, visit fees, payout limits, waiting periods and exclusions are set by the plan provider and may change between the time a quote is shown and the time a contract is issued. A quote on this site is an estimate and not a binding offer.

Payment for a plan is made to the plan provider under that provider’s own terms. Cancellation and refund rights are described in the plan contract and are handled by the provider.

The site may be used only for lawful purposes connected with exploring or managing home warranty coverage. The following are not permitted:

• Copying, scraping or redistributing site content without written permission.
• Attempting to gain access to another account or to any part of the site not meant for the public.
• Uploading code, files or messages designed to disrupt the site or its visitors.
• Using the site to send unsolicited messages or to impersonate another person.

The LeonaHomes name, logo, page designs, written content and images on this site belong to LeonaHomes or are used with permission. Nothing on the site grants a license to reuse those materials beyond viewing them for personal use.

Trademarks of plan providers or other companies mentioned on the site remain the property of their owners.

The site is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be free of errors or available at all times. LeonaHomes does not guarantee that any plan will be approved, that a provider will accept a service request or that a repair will be completed within a particular period.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LeonaHomes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, from reliance on its content or from the actions of a plan provider or contractor.

LeonaHomes may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, in the law or in how the site works. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
